Device insurance (loss/damage)

  • Sign up for terminal insurance (loss/damage)
    - You can sign up at the agency after checking the normal status of the terminal within 30 days of the opening date
    - You can sign up through the customer center on the opening day
  • Termination of terminal insurance (loss/damage)
    - You can cancel it through a customer center or agency.
    - Automatic termination when moving numbers, changing devices, or changing names
    ※ Payment system terminals can be subscribed through the corresponding telecommunication company, and used terminals cannot subscribe to insurance

Precautions for discarding existing devices

  • Before discarding the existing device, backup the photos, phone number, and messenger contents you need
  • Initialize the device to prevent personal information leakage
