A check list when you cancel the service

Damage due to delay and refusal of cancelation

  • You must check if cancelation of the service is done by contacting the applicable customer centers after cancelling it to prevent the damage caused by carriers’ delay and refusal of cancelation. And you should leave the documents or records which can prove the facts to ask for cancelation.

Cancelation charges

  • Agree period is the obligatory use period set in advance when user is contracting for paid broadcasting. When user sets the agreed period, discounts, and the range is bigger when the period is longer. The cancelation fee is different depending on the company, rate system, individual agreement, so confirm the relevant contents by asking the customer service center or checking the clause

How to cancel

Cancelation procedure

  • To cancel the service, the user or deputy an apply for cancelation through window receipt, call, fax, online after checking the necessary documents like ID card
  • The company should notify the cancelation through sms, e-mail, call when cancelation is received and completed

Cancelation of Existing contract due to number transfer

  • The contract previously used by the number transfer user is automatically canceled by the company’s number transfer application
