Also, charges imposed or paid after the cancelation date should be returned
The collection period of equipment like modem, set top box is in 5 business days after the date of cancelation or agreement, and the user is not responsible for damage or loss occurring after this period

When moving to a district where the service is unavailable, cancel the contract without cancelation charge
When the speed of product is lower than 50% of the speed in the initial contracted product, cancel the contract after paying 50% of cancelation charge
In case of emigration, long term studying abroad, when relevant data is submitted, cancel the contract without cancelation charge. However, the discounted amount should be returned
