Check the minimum subscription period and cancelation charges

The minimum subscription period means the use periods that users in advance set when they make contracts. And the longer minimum subscription period is, the larger benefits are. However, if you cancel the service or reduce the period during the minimum subscription period, the discounted charges during the stipulated time should be returned. This is cancelation charges. There are differences in the criteria to calculate cancelation charges according to carriers. You must check them though carriers’ terms and conditions, application forms for membership, their customer centers, and their web sites

How to subscribe

Membership procedure

If you try to subscribe to the satellite broadcasting service, you or your representatives ask the broadcasting system’s branch or a salesman in writing or by using means of communication including phone and internet. If your representatives ask for membership, they should prepare identifications cards of the mandators or representatives
Business operators can restrict users’ subscription for membership if they use others’ names illegally or submit false documents and there are unpaid bills or deterioration of credit rating
You should keep documentary evidence including contracts so that you can prove business operators’ faults if there is damage related to membership contents. Especially, if you subscribe to the service without visit to the applicable agencies, you must keep the contracts
